As a nurse at Knoxville Recovery Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the client’s optimal comfort and safety. This is done via vital assessments, medical record analysis, medication management, and efficient fulfillment of client needs. Overall, our focus is on providing excellent care while maintaining a fun, calming environment for clients and staff alike. Emphasize preventative care and disease management. Facilitate COWS, CIWA, vital assessments every four hours for clients. Quickly respond in the case of a medical emergency. Document Nursing progress notes on every shift. Complete intake nursing assessments. Administer medication including those for detox protocols, psychiatric care, and medical conditions. Facilitate medical orders. Interpret Urinalysis results and provide reports for client's medical records. Respond to all duties in a clinically appropriate and timely manner.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of TN.
