The Physical Therapist will supervise physical therapy assistants and aids while performing initial and ongoing patient assessments to establish an appropriate plan of care. Responsibilities include planning and executing individualized physical treatment programs to improve function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction using standard physical therapy techniques and equipment.
Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Physical Therapist License in the state. The role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and obtaining Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
