Key responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to residents according to physician orders and care plans, and safely and accurately administering medications and treatments. Nurses must also observe and report changes in condition and document care clearly and timely.
Applicants must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and are preferred to have experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, communication abilities, dependable attendance, and a professional attitude are also required.
Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help strengthen our in-house team and provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for dependable nurses who value teamwork, strong resident care, and a stable work environment. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and supportive leadership.
