The Group Facilitator will lead therapeutic and educational group sessions, encourage engagement in meaningful activities, and provide individual support to clients on their recovery journey. Responsibilities also include building trust through interviews, developing treatment plans collaboratively, and documenting client progress in the EMR.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) credential, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass required background checks and drug screening are also mandatory.
