Registered Nurses are responsible for treating patients according to the active plan of care, administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision. They must also accurately document all activities, assessments, and coordinate care, while educating patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
Applicants must possess an active Registered Nurse License in Washington or a Compact state and demonstrate strong skills in attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, organization, and communication. Home health experience is preferred for this role.
Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care. Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively. Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
