The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver high-quality, individualized patient care according to the active plan of care, safely administering prescribed treatments and medications while prioritizing patient comfort. Responsibilities also include maintaining thorough documentation, educating patients and families, and building meaningful working relationships with families, especially those caring for children.
Candidates must possess a current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Required soft skills include strong attention to detail, effective time management, proven problem-solving, conflict resolution abilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with home health experience being preferred.
