The role involves providing pediatric Physical Therapy for children with various needs in home and community settings, including conducting evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans. Therapists must also educate families and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold an active state Physical Therapy license along with CPR/BLS Certification. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are also mandatory.
