About the role

The Family Medicine Physician will manage the health and wellness of patients by providing comprehensive primary care in Southern New Hampshire. This involves working collaboratively within a high-functioning Primary Care team that has strong relationships with specialty services and Urgent Care.

Overview Family Medicine Physician Milford, NH Dartmouth Health Clinic Milford is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team to manage the health and wellness of our patients.

This is a great opportunity for you to work in a community that still embraces the values of small-town America.

In this role, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive primary care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire.

We offer full labs, X-Ray, CT, and MRI on weekdays, and labs and X-Ray are available on nights and weekends.

Primary Care and specialties have an excellent working relationship with the Urgent Care team.

Our Primary Care team is engaged and high functioning with very low staff and provider turnover rate.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nashua is a multispecialty clinic with a large comprehensive Primary Care team, and other specialty services onsite including Allergy and Immunology, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Laboratory Services, Neurology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Podiatry, Radiology, Rheumatology, and Surgery.

Primary Care and specialties have an excellent working relationship with the Urgent Care team.

Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO) Post graduate training in residency program Eligible for NH license and DEA

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO) and have completed post-graduate training in a residency program. Eligibility for both New Hampshire state license and DEA registration is also required.
