Salary
$15 - $17 / HOUR
This role involves providing personalized, high-quality care for elderly clients and individuals with developmental disabilities by following individualized service plans, which includes teaching daily living and leisure skills and assisting with community engagement. Responsibilities also cover facility cleaning, meal preparation according to dietary needs, and assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks.
Candidates must possess education, training, and/or experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED and must pass a pre-employment physical, training program, and required background checks, including fingerprint clearance. A valid Arizona Driver's License, motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance are mandatory.
