Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver's license and proof of insurable driving record. Essential abilities include effective communication, reliability, respectful interaction, sound judgment, teaching skills for individuals with disabilities, and the capacity to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
