The Mammography Technologist operates x-ray equipment to perform diagnostic mammography procedures, maintaining high accuracy in positioning and exposure technique. Specific duties include patient education, performing screening or diagnostic mammograms, and assisting the Radiologist with intricate examinations like breast biopsies.
Candidates must possess a Texas Medical Board License and current ARRT certification in Mammography, along with completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology. Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.

Schedule will fall between normal operating hours of 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (1-2 Saturday Shifts Required per month)
