The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process to achieve departmental goals. They must plan and provide specialized care while participating in clinical ladder programs, educational activities, and departmental committees.
Candidates must hold a degree in nursing (Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor) and possess a current North Carolina or compact RN license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required for the CNII level, along with BLS certification.
