Market context
In Virginia, Clinical Associate roles in ICU settings are typically in steady demand because hospitals rely on support staff for patient care and unit flow. These positions can be competitive because employers often look for current BLS-HCP certification, a high school diploma or GED, and readiness to work in a fast-paced critical care environment; CNA certification may be needed in Critical Access Areas. If you are considering applying, confirm your certification status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time compared with reading the full original posting.
