The Clinic Nurse LPN/RN is responsible for administering medications, performing nursing assessments, and documenting care accurately. They also communicate with clients regarding their medication needs and ensure all medical records are up-to-date.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing services to patients in residential care facilities, behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment programs. They work to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and provide support through various nursing duties across outpatient psychiatry, addiction, and housing services. Additionally, they work to build and maintain a strong working relationship between clients and clinic staff.
