Physical Therapist PRN: (Acute Weekend Rotation Required)

Sign-On bonus eligible for experienced candidates

• We are seeking a skilled PRN Physical Therapist, to join our team.
• In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and set goals in collaboration with patients and their families.
• You will educate patients and families as part of the treatment process and ensure all documentation complies with insurance and regulatory standards.
• Additional responsibilities include educating staff and students, participating in departmental program development, and overseeing daily operations in the manager’s absence.
• The therapist will also communicate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care and discharge planning, while staying current with industry research.
• You will supervise departmental personnel to ensure organized and efficient service delivery.
• This position is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to providing excellent patient care and contributing to the success of the department.

Requirements: Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License

BLS certification within 90 days of hire
