The Residential Support Counselor will promote independence and provide companionship to clients in a residential home setting. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities and following individual care plans.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the Human Services field and a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

We're currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team. Flexible scheduling to fit your life! We offer a variety of full-time and part-time options, including 40, 30, and 24-hour weekly schedules. Current schedules available: Full time, 40 hours/week: Wednesday 4pm - 9pm Thurs 8am - 4pm Friday 7am - 3pm (1hr break) and 4pm - 9pm Saturday 7am - 3pm (1hr break) and 4pm - 9pm Part-time, 29 hours/week: Sunday 7am - 3pm Monday 7am - 3pm (1 hr break) and 4pm - 9pm Tuesday 8am - 4pm Compensation: $24 hourly
The Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting. Staff in this location will have the opportunity to support adults in two adjacent homes. Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events Follow each individuals care plan All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety Complete required daily documentation Other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in the Human Services field High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance What’s in it for you?
