This is an incredible opportunity to serve active-duty Airmen in a structured, mission-driven military healthcare environment Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident, compassionate Dental Hygienist who: Thrives in a structured clinical environment Values teamwork and professionalism Enjoys patient education and preventive care Takes pride in supporting military members Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) PTO & sick leaveMedical, Dental, Vision options 401(k) retirement plan 11 paid Federal holiday's Annual pay: $107,744 Supportive clinical team environment Meaningful work supporting military readiness Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from a CODA-accredited Dental Hygiene program Current, full, active, and unrestricted Dental Hygienist license Certification in radiography Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Clinical competency meeting service-specific credentialing standards Strong communication and patient education skills What You’ll Do Your responsibilities will include: Perform comprehensive oral examinations of the mouth, throat, and pharynx Identify abnormalities and refer patients to the dentist as needed Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Apply desensitizing agents, fluoride treatments, and sealants Educate patients individually and in groups on proper oral hygiene techniques Demonstrate brushing, flossing, and periodontal care methods Take impressions and fabricate sports guards and bleaching trays Polish restorations and apply pit and fissure sealants Provide chairside assistance when needed Maintain, clean, sharpen, and sterilize instruments Document care and manage patient scheduling using the Corporate Dental Application You’ll directly contribute to force readiness and the health of those who serve.
