Provide gastroenterology medical care to armed forces personnel at the VA Medical Center. Conduct patient rounds and provide professional guidance and instruction to house staff and medical students.
Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship program is required. Candidates must hold Board Certification or be Board Eligible, along with an active state medical license, BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration.
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Gastroenterology Physician at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. Position Highlights: Highly desired location with low cost of living Give back and care for our Nation's armed forces Provide professional guidance and teaching to house staff and medical students assigned to the Gastroenterology Service through patient rounds and other direct interaction and instruction. Monday through Friday from 0700 -1700. On Call - once a month
