The Otolaryngologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders, including performing necessary surgical procedures like sinus surgeries and tonsillectomies. Key duties also involve conducting patient examinations, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess a Medical Degree (MD) specialized in Otolaryngology, along with board certification or eligibility and a valid medical license for the practicing state. Proven experience in managing ENT conditions, strong surgical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders Perform surgical procedures such as sinus surgeries, tonsillectomies, and ear surgeries Conduct patient examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations Stay current with advancements in ENT practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills and Qualifications: Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT) Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology Valid medical license to practice in the respective state or country Proven experience in diagnosing and managing ENT conditions Strong surgical skills and proficiency with relevant medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Compassionate approach to patient care and attention to detail St. Croix Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
