The physician will provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services. Candidates must possess a Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and hold a valid medical license for the relevant state. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, along with proven experience in a primary care setting, are required qualifications.
Description We are seeking a experienced, dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our healthcare team at one of our community clinics, located in Frederic, WI. Provide primary medical care to patients across all age groups, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Stay current with medical advancements and continuously improve clinical skills
