The Residential Support Specialist will create and follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, supporting them with daily living tasks like hygiene, meals, and medication. They will also use positive strategies for behavioral support and plan community outings to build connection and inclusion.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and must pass all required clearances and screenings. Completion of Medication Training within 90 days of hire is also mandatory.
