Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic $8,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible Liverpool, NY Conifer Park is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Clinic team in Liverpool, NY.

AM - 2:30 PM, plus rotating Saturdays Key Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and evaluate patients presenting for medication dispensing. Collaborate with medical providers regarding patient assessments, treatment recommendations, and medication orders. Coordinate the nursing and medical needs of patients participating in the Medication Assisted Treatment Program (MAT). Prepare and dispense Methadone and Suboxone in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards. Complete medical screening assessments and identify the need for referrals to primary care providers or other healthcare services. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records. Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, monitoring, and reconciliation of Methadone and Suboxone supplies. Ensure all required reports and documentation are completed and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient care and recovery. Sign-On Bonus Details $8,000

Bonus (based on 40 hours and prorated based on scheduled hours): $2,000 upon successful completion of orientation $2,000 after six (6) months of continuous employment $4,000 after one (1) year of continuous employment

Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in acute care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, or a related healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or in a behavioral health setting is preferred, but not required. Current CPR certification required. Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
