The Urogynecologist will conduct comprehensive patient assessments for pelvic floor disorders, developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing both surgical and non-surgical interventions. Key duties include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, interpreting diagnostic tests, and educating patients on pelvic floor health and treatment options.
Candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible gynecologists with fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology), possessing strong knowledge of advanced treatments for pelvic floor disorders. Essential requirements include excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, demonstrated experience managing complex cases, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy clinical environment.

As a Urogynecologist, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team—including OB/GYNs, family medicine physicians, pelvic floor physical therapists, nurse practitioners, and more—to ensure patients receive seamless, coordinated care. You will participate in monthly case reviews, collaborative learning, and have the flexibility to introduce or develop new urogynecology services that reflect your expertise.
