We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our collaborative team.

Key Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive prenatal care and risk assessment
Attend and manage labor and deliveries
Manage antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Perform postpartum care and newborn assessments
Conduct annual well-woman examinations and preventive care
Provide family planning counseling and contraceptive management
Diagnose and treat common gynecological conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Collaborate with physicians and specialists for complex cases
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Schedule and Clinical Setting *Two (2) clinic days per week, providing outpatient gynecological and prenatal care
One (1) 24-hour call shift per week for labor and delivery coverage
Hospital privileges and deliveries at two convenient locations: St. John's Hospital (Maplewood, MN) Woodwinds Health Campus (Woodbury, MN)
Shared call schedule with physician partners and midwifery colleagues for optimal work-life balance
Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program.
