Description Minnesota Women’s Care is a private, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing personalized, state-of-the-art medical care to women of all ages in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OBGYN Physician to join our robust, integrative clinical team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to collaborative, whole-person care.

Our clinic is committed to providing truly comprehensive care, offering integrative services such as health coaching, acupuncture, allergy testing and treatment, functional medicine, family medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree, with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Minnesota

Strong clinical, organizational, and teamwork skills

Commitment to patient-centered, integrative, and innovative healthcare

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated ability to understand, adhere to, and contribute to the development of established policies, procedures, and evidence-based clinical protocols.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff in a busy and complex environment, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Strong charting/documentation skills.

Unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in clear, accessible language

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

Good judgment, with the ability to make timely, sound decisions.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

Deliver the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecological care, including routine exams, prenatal and postnatal care, high- and low-risk deliveries, infertility evaluation, contraception counseling, gynecologic surgery (minimally invasive and traditional), and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including health coaches, acupuncturists, family medicine physicians, functional medicine providers, hormone therapy experts, and allied health professionals—to create and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans.

Lead and participate in monthly case conferences and ongoing professional development, contributing clinical insights and supporting a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.

Provide patient education, empowering women to make informed healthcare decisions through advocacy, clear communication, and shared decision-making models.

Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Participate in call coverage and clinical rotations as assigned, ensuring consistent, high-quality care for all patients.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to expand or enhance clinical offerings and services within practice, including the development of new programs or treatment approaches in line with emerging trends and patient needs.

Mentor junior staff, residents, or students as appropriate, fostering a supportive and educational practice environment.

Actively engage in clinic-wide initiatives to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and overall quality of care.

Carefully completes all required documentation in a timely fashion.

Position Details

  • Full range of OB/GYN care
  • Consistent 4-day work-week, including set clinic and OR days each week
  • Approximately five 24-hour call shifts per month
  • Competitive salary plus production and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, life insurance, short-term disability, PTO, CME time, and malpractice insurance.
  • Partnership opportunity is also an option.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency and be board-certified or board-eligible. Essential requirements include strong clinical, organizational, and teamwork skills, a commitment to patient-centered and integrative healthcare, and excellent communication abilities.
