The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and function. Responsibilities also include educating patients and caregivers, accurately documenting sessions, and collaborating with the rehab team on discharge planning.
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current PT license along with CPR Certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, and candidates should possess strong clinical knowledge and the ability to build excellent patient rapport.
