LVN Diploma or Associate’s Degree and valid LPN license in the State of Ohio.
Experience in a residential treatment setting is a plus.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Tuberculosis Skin Test and Influenza (Flu) vaccination within the past year;
Ability to work an 8 hour shift with a rotating schedule of 5 shifts per week.
Ability to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
