The Physical Therapist will be responsible for reviewing patient medical histories, diagnosing conditions through observation and listening, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Responsibilities also include using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury, while recording progress and modifying care plans as needed.
The primary requirement for this role is holding a Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing within the state of New York. The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, and is offered by a physical-therapist-owned company.

$80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
