Assist in evaluating clients' daily living skills and implementing physical therapy treatments, including exercise and manual therapy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans.
Requires an Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and unrestricted licensure to practice in Connecticut. CPR and first aid certifications are also mandatory.
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
$30 - $35 hourly + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
