This position involves creating and modifying orthotics while evaluating and treating patients of all ages, adjusting the plan of care based on patient response and evidence. The role also requires serving as a clinical resource for staff and students and ensuring proper documentation and education for patients and caregivers.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and hold a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois, along with obtaining Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Required functions include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, establishing functional goal-oriented plans of care, and applying various therapeutic techniques.
This position is responsible for creating and modifying orthotics. Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate. Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students. *****This role qualifies for a sign-on bonus!! New grads, with less than 1 year of experience post-graduation and licensure: $5,000 Candidates with at least 1 year of experience post-graduation and licensure: $7,500 Relocation available if moving 50+ miles.
