Overview

Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

New grads welcome to apply Typical schedule M-F / 8

00am-5:00pm Weekend coverage anticipated every 4-6 weeks Primary outpatient focus in our Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic with some outpatient rehabilitation hospital follow up. Inpatient focus on periodic inpatient rehabilitation consults and unit coverage. Join a collaborative and established
