About the Role

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys functional, resident-centered care and strong collaboration with nursing, dietary, and the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-licensed) Graduate of an accredited SLP program Strong documentation and communication skills SNF/rehab experience preferred (new grads considered with strong clinical skills)
