Competitive pay (based on experience and shift) 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable) Vacation time + Sick time (per eligibility) Training and structured onboarding A team focused on stability and consistent care CMA (Medication Aide) responsibilities Administer medications within CMA scope and facility policy Document medication administration accurately and on time Monitor for side effects/adverse reactions and report promptly Communicate missed/refused meds, PRNs, and concerns to the nurse
CNA: Current CNA certification (state-approved) MA/Medication Aide: Current CMA/Medication Aide credential (state-approved) Dependable attendance and teamwork SNF/LTC experience preferred (not required)
