The Physical Therapist Assistant screens and treats patients while documenting services and communicating with families and team members. The role focuses on optimizing patient mobility and daily living activities.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with at least one year of experience, preferably in a geriatric rehabilitation setting. A current license and Basic Life Support certification are also required.

USD $32.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Provides professional Physical Therapy services. Completes documentation accurately and timely. Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.works efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly. Maintains adequate and up to date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services and setting specific clinical and regulatory practices. Complies with facility policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Must have one year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred) Must have current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in facility-specific state Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.
