Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Reliable attendance and commitment to patient-centered care

Physical requirements

This role takes place in a medical office and exam/procedure room setting. Employees must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate regularly; occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching required. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally. This position involves potential exposure to blood and body fluids; Hepatitis-B vaccination series is offered to all employees.
