Float RN, Med Surg, Tier I

This role involves joining a Resource Pool Float RN team to gain training and experience across a variety of departments through deployments across the South Region locations. The position requires clinical competence and experience in the care and management of an acute care patient population.

A current Wisconsin or Multi-state NLC Registered Nurse License is required, along with professional nursing knowledge acquired through accredited schooling. A minimum of 12 months of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience is preferred, and non-BSN nurses with less than one year of experience must enroll in a BSN program within 15 months of hire.
