The OB Technician performs routine duties in the obstetric department, including organizing the environment and maintaining equipment. They assist with operative and delivery room procedures while providing basic care, comfort, and safety for patients.
Requires a high school diploma and certification as a Medical Assistant, Surgical Technologist, CNA, or LPN. Knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is required, along with BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
