The role involves performing phlebotomy duties as a Phlebotomist I in Granby, CT, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule with rotational Saturdays. Compensation is offered within a specified hourly range based on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with medical assistant or paramedic training preferred, and phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in specific states). One year of phlebotomy experience and customer service background are preferred, along with keyboard/data entry skills.
$20.00 - $22.09 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
