The primary duties involve obtaining specimens, ensuring they are correctly identified, accessioned, and distributed according to department standards and hospital policies. This role also includes performing clerical and courier functions as assigned.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Essential qualifications include completion of phlebotomy training from a licensed program.
