The Certified Nurse Assistant will provide basic patient care in the patient's home, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations while ensuring safety and compliance with the assigned care plan. Key duties include recognizing changes in patient condition, communicating with the RN supervisor, and assisting with personal care, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age, holding current CPR certification compliant with American Heart Association standards. Applicants are also required to have a negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months and successfully complete a specific skills assessment.
