PACS
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, administering medication, and monitoring residents' health, reporting changes to the care team. They will also support and guide nursing assistants to ensure quality care and build relationships with residents and families.
Candidates must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to resident-centered care and a caring disposition are essential requirements for this role.
