Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist or able to obtain licensure in the state of practice, demonstrating a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care. CPR and first aid certification are required qualifications for this role.

$50-$55/hour inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
