The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and implement necessary clinical nursing interventions. This includes developing and performing patient care plans to enhance outcomes while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients with diverse medical diagnoses.
A minimum of one year of Registered Nurse experience is required, with six months in an acute care hospital setting being preferred. Candidates must possess current state licensure as an RN, and while Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred upon hire, it must be obtained before direct patient care.
