Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff to join our team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, including activities of daily living
• Support residents with memory care needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Assist with medication management under supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress
• Foster a respectful, engaging, and supportive environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care
• Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure continuous coverage

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in memory care or working with dementia residents is preferred
• Med tech certification is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
