The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory and cardiopulmonary care services based on physician orders and department policies, ensuring patient safety and interacting professionally with patients and families. Essential functions include performing all aspects of patient care, assessing patients across all age groups, formulating teaching plans, and managing respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures.
Candidates must have an Associate of Science Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and hold a current Wyoming Respiratory Therapy license, along with NBRC credentialing (CRT or RRT). New graduates are encouraged to apply, but all hires must obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.
