The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) performs basic patient care activities under the supervision of an RN or LPN, adhering to applicable scope and standards of practice. This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and hold a Certified Nursing Assistant licensure in the state of Virginia. A BLS certification is required, and Handle with Care certification is preferred.
