The APP will assess, plan, and provide primary health care and patient examinations for patients in Family Medicine. Responsibilities include compiling patient documentation, reviewing reports, and managing medication refills.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a current state LNP, RN, and DEA license. AHA BLS-HCP certification is required, while Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.
Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers. Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.
