The CT Technologist operates specialized equipment to obtain quality images for radiological diagnosis and performs IV contrast injections. They collaborate with healthcare providers to manage patient care plans and may assist with scheduling and staff training.
Candidates must be a high school graduate and a graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology school. ARRT registry and AHA-BLS-HCP certification are required, with CT registration mandatory within one year of hire.
