The Advanced Practice Professional will assess patient health through interviews, examinations, and medical history review to identify and address short-term and long-term patient care issues. Responsibilities also include determining abnormal conditions via diagnostic tests and developing and implementing patient management plans, including prescribing medications within the scope of practice.

A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program and passed national certification.
