Located in the heart of Malone, NY, The Alice Center is redefining long-term care with a positive, resident-centered approach. Its exceptional leadership team has transformed the nursing home experience into a supportive and uplifting environment where both residents and staff thrive.

The Alice Center’s Skilled Nursing Facility offers 24-hour nursing services and a full range of rehabilitation services in a caring, home-like environment. With the capacity to serve up to 135 individuals in need of long-term or short-term care, we provide the highest quality skilled nursing care while promoting privacy and dignity. The facility is divided into six separate "neighborhoods," each featuring home-like kitchens, dining rooms, large living rooms, and ample social spaces. Resident rooms are private or semi-private, each with a private bathroom and shower.

On-call: Not Required

Incentives

$4.25 per hour night shift differential, additional $200 per year for BSN, $240 per year for MSN. Meet hours in just 4 shifts per 2-week pay period.

This is a bargaining union position.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse capable of working night shifts. Higher education degrees such as BSN or MSN are recognized with additional hourly incentives.
